Using a Hearth Grate to hold logs protects the fireplace floor and increases airflow. Our grates are made from sturdy 1⅛" x 3/4" diamond sections for strength and durability. An additional center supporting leg on our wider grates ensures that high heat will not cause the grate to sag over time. Matching Ash Pan Set (GT-28) has two trays that slide below the grate, making clean-out easy and convenient.
